Rustic coffee table. Easy to build.

Directions

Follow the steps below to complete this project.

1

Top Shelf

Use your cut pieces of 2x10 for this. Drill pocket holes in 2 of your 36" pcs and both your 28" pcs. Glue and screw all pieces together. Sand and finish to your liking

2

Bottom shelf

Use your cut pieces of 1x6 for this. Drill pocket holes in 3 of your 34 1/2 " pcs. Glue and screw all 4 pieces together. Sand and finish to your liking.

3

Frame

Use your cut peices of 2x3. Use 4 19" pcs to build one leg. Repeat for second leg. Attach your first 19" to 2 other 19" mounted flush. Use your remaining piece mounted 3" from the bottom. Attach your 34 1/2 " pcs to each leg mounted flush at the top. Sand and paint

4

Attach bottom shelf

Make sure that you drill pocket holes into your bottom shelf before finishing it. It will need 2 per piece at each end to be attached to the frame. Makes a better finish to paint and stain individually and then mount them.

5

Attach top shelf

Drill pilot holes through the frame. Attach top shelf from the bottom making sure not to go through the top
