Having a beautiful and functional console table does not have to be difficult or pricey. This table is constructed of pine 2x4 and 1x6 boards and held together with pocket hole joinery.

Cut List & Parts

  • 2 Middle Table Top Braces , 2x4x35
  • 4 Side Table Top Pieces , 2x4x11.5
  • 4 Table Leg Side Pieces , 2x4x29
  • 3 Table Top Boards , 1x6x48

Directions

  • Build Leg Supports

    Attach the 11.5” pieces to the 29”
    pieces to form a box. (11.5”pieces go
    inside of 29” pieces. Repeat for
    both legs of the table.

  • Attach Table Top Supports

    With legs facing each other, attach middle
    35” braces to the tops of the front and
    back (braces are placed
    Inside of table legs components).

  • Assemble Table Top

    With pocket hole screws, screw
    the 3 1x6x4 boards together to
    form the top of the table.

  • Attach Table Top

    Attach the top to the table legs with
    2” wood screws through the bottom of
    the leg assembly.

  • Finishing

    Sand your table,
    stain with color of choice, and enjoy your
    build!
